e-Business Adoption helps small and medium-sized businesses from the tourism, leisure and hospitality industries (as well as their supply chains) adopt internet technologies. Launched in January 2007, e-Business Adoption provides expert independent advice, training and consultancy to help your business take simple steps to implement e-Business
Based at the IT Futures Centre at the University of Wolverhampton, e-Business Adoption brings together the expertise of the School of Computing and IT to the business community. We help new start-ups and existing businesses from across the West Midlands make better use of internet technologies and in the process, further develop your businesses.
e-Business Adoption is funded by Advantage West Midlands. As we are publicly funded our services are without charge to qualifying small and medium-sized businesses.
Our team of consultants offer a programme that is designed to meet your individual requirements and busy time schedules. We offer free business assistance in e-business applications including:
- Development of websites to optimize all aspects of e-marketing
- Education and training events on e-Business related areas
- One on one assistance clinics with one of our consultants at your place of business
- Dedicated telephone help line for technical support
- Online support via email and support forum
